Electric Heat Treat Furnace Working Condition
1. indoor use only;
2. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas or corrosive gas that
can seriously damage metals and insulation;
3. No obvious shaking or jolting;
4.The workshop needs fire fighting and smoke exhaust facilities.
Electric Heat Treat Furnace Structure
The furnace is comprised of furnace shell, furnace l and
temperature control system.
Furnace shell
The furnace shell is welded by U-steel and angle steel. The
external plate of shell is made of Q235 steel,
which has the feature of solid, reliable, good overall strength and
not easy to deform.
Muffle tank
The side plate of muffle tank is made of 6mm 316L stainless steel
plate.
It is used to prevent the molten salt infiltration into insulation
layer and muffle tank.
When the salt muffle tank is damaged, it can be lifted out for
repair.
Heating element
The heating element adopts 0Cr25Al5 alloy resistance strips to be
wound into sprail type.
The heating element is arranged in the side wall.
Cooling system
The stainless steel pipe is arranged around the muffle tank and the
furnace bottom.
The material of steel pipe is 1Cr18Ni9Ti,￠22×2.5mm. A manual ball
valve is installed at the water inlet to control the water flow.
The water outlet is a screw connection easy for further connection
with the water pool.
Control system
The main control cabinet adopts GGD vertical type combined cabinet.
The electrical control panel is comprised of ampere meter,
voltmeter, temperature controller, temperature recorder and control
switches.
