3 The fin forming roller is changeable, and different fin models
can be produced on the same machine.
4 The minimum fin thickness for the wavy fin is 0.07mm which saves
the customer’s cost.
5. We have also high speed fin machines with speed at 200m/min, and
300m/min. We
also have fin stacker, core builder, etc.
6. The fin machine could be equipped with microspray lubrication
device (saving lubricant cost).

Description of Radiator Fin Machine
The equipment adopts replacable devices and one fin machine can be
used to produce different fin models.
The operator could change the fin forming roller and other
necessary parts, and make the necessary adjustments
to produce different fin models.
The aluminum fin machine is used to produce heat exchange wavy fins
at fin height 8mm (could be customized
based on customer's requirement). The electrical control system of the fin making machine relies on PLC, inverter,
AC servo control, and touch screen control. The operator could set up the parameters on the touch screen.
