1. General Introduction
1.1 High vacuum pressure impregnation process (VPI) is the key
equipment for insulation treatment of
high voltage motors,
1.2 special anti-explosion motors, and transformers. The vacuum
impregnation process for motors enhances
the mechanical strength, insulation, anti-moisture and anti-mold
performance of the windings.
1.3 Installation, test-running and training is provided on the
buyer’s site. The foundation drawing is also provided.
1.4 Installation type: vertical.

5. Conclusion
Due to energy shortage and increasingly serious environmental
pollution, the emission of VPI vacuum
pressure impregnation process (VPI) equipment and waste gas
treatment equipment has reached the
national secondary emission standard. The equipment is designed and
manufactured by the technology
department and is the product of today's science and technology and
information age. It is a development
of the application of vacuum impregnation process, a supplement to
the treatment and application process
of waste gas generated by resin impregnation, and an expansion and
progress of process application.
