Automatic Car Radiator Fin Making Machine For Rolling Aluminum Fins
Finheight forming device:
Adopts the gathering sheets to improve the stability of the fin
height. The gathering sheets adopt the whole body quenching
treatment to increase its wear resistance. The old design only
involves the upper plate for fin height forming while our new
design involves both the upper and lower gathering plates for
height forming. In the new design, this forming device can be
adjusted by rotating the eccentric shaft, which is more convenient
for the operator.
The pitch forming roller:
The pitch forming roller adopts the single piece assembly method,
which is with higher machining accuracy than the whole body
forming. The forming roller of old design is made of 40Cr and is
easy to deform even after heat treatment. Now the material of the
pitch forming roller is changed to Cr12MoV material, and each sheet
of the pitch forming roller is grinded separately to improve the
accuracy, so that the height of the fin is more uniform and stable,
wear resistance is better, and the service life is prolonged
Gear:
The gear adopted is of grade 5. It is positioned from the inside,
which has a higher positioning accuracy than the normal
outer positioning type.

Description
The fin making machine is used to produce diamond shape fins with
flat top for oil coolers. The diamond fin is of an
enhanced strength, which is suitable for production of high
pressure oil coolers.
The fin machine is equipped with the following devices: uncoiling
device, tensioner, feeder, lubrication system, edge folding device,
fin forming roller, striping wheel, collection wheel, etc.
Protection measures such as foil run out detection device, blockage
alarm,
cutting fault indicator, fin roller overloading protection, and
fault alarm lamp.
The electrical system of the radiator fin machine includes PLC,
inverter, AC servo control, and touch screen control. The operator
could set up the parameters on the touch screen.
