1. Product description of aluminum holding furnace

The industrial immersion holding furnace has been upgraded on the basis of the previous generation of

aluminum holding furnace, the structure has been optimized, and a new generation of holding furnace

has been launched after it is stable in practical use.

Immersion aluminum alloy electric insulation furnace is mainly suitable for the holding purpose of

non-ferrous metal liquid. The industrial aluminum holding furnace has high requirements for die-casting

process and low equipment energy consumption.

Direct internal heating of molten aluminum has high thermal efficiency, no oxide, high temperature

control accuracy of molten aluminum, and the energy consumption is more than 60% lower than

that of ordinary radiant heating furnace

4.Steel Structure

The shell of the aluminum holding furnace body is welded and cast by steel plate

and section steel.The whole

furnace has lifting function, which is easy to match with the equipment.

Lining composition:

The molten pool is formed by one-time castable. This castable material is

ACX84 high-strength non stick aluminum

castable, which has the characteristics of high strength, non stick aluminum and

long service life.(compressive strength: 140MPa above 110 ℃, while the linear change rate is only 0.1%).

There is no obvious slagging on the inner wall of the furnace after long-term use.

The furnace top and the upper end of the industrial aluminum holding furnace wall

use the thermal insulation layer, and the imported nano thermal insulation layer.

The temperature rise of the industrial aluminum holding furnace wall is less than

10 degrees. The temperature rise in special areas is within 20 degrees.
