WDL-RBL-250 Natural Gas Aluminum Melting And Holding Furnace

1.General Introduction

The aluminum alloy melting furnace has a compact structure for both melting and holding aluminum liquid. The melting chamber is formed by once-forming casting material, which has a high strength and a long service life. The furnace is equipped with famous brand burner, which has functions of automatic ignition and temperature control. The furnace also has an over-temperature alarm device.

2.Main technical Parameters

2.1 model: WDL-RBL-250;

2.2 quantity: 1 set;

2.3 holding capacity: 1000kg;

2.4 melting rate: 250kg/hour; (at continuous working status)

2.4 fuel: natural gas; heat value: 8600Kcal/Nm3;

2.5 burner power of melting chamber: 1 set, 230KW (200,000.00Kcal);

burner for holding chamber:1 set, 230KW (200,000.00Kcal);

2.6 natural gas consumption: about 65-70m3/ton aluminum;

2.7 rated working temperature of melting chamber: 850℃ (atmosphere temperature);

a) The melting furnace and other facilities are working at a normal condition;

b) The calorific value of the gas meets 8600Kcal/m3.

c) The furnace works in a continuous manner.

d) The fuel consumption is calculated based on 3 hours of consumption in a continuous working manner.

e) The melting chamber should keep at least 200KG molten aluminum in the continuous melting manner;

f) The melting ratio is 1:1 to the raw material.

g) The worker can charge material as many as possible as long as the furnace is not to its full capacity.

3.Post Sales Service

Product warranty period: furnace body warranted for 2 years while other parts for 1 year. The seller is responsible for repairing the furnace or replacing the broken parts if faults are caused by manufacture defects, but damages caused by faulty operations of the workers are to be repaired by the buyer itself or by the seller at a certain rate. (Easy-worn parts, and natural consumption of high temperature parts are not included in the warranty.)
